1. Objective #
At Abhinav DigiCompSoft Services Pvt. Ltd. (AbhinavDCS), we value employee contributions in
helping us build a strong and high-performing team. The Employee Referral Program rewards
employees who refer qualified professionals who are successfully hired and retained in the
company.
2. Eligibility #
• All full-time employees are eligible to participate.
• Exclusions: HR team, hiring managers directly involved in the selection process, and
company directors.
• Interns, contractors, trainees, and ex-employees cannot be referred under this
program.
• Fresher candidates (0 years of professional experience) are not eligible under this
policy.
3. Referral Bonus Amount #
Referral bonuses will be paid in three stages as follows:
• At Joining (Fixed Bonus):
o Entry-Level (0–2 years experience): ₹1,000 – ₹1,500
o Mid-Level (3–6 years experience): ₹1,500 – ₹2,000
o Senior / Specialized Skills (7+ years): ₹2,000 – ₹3,000
• At 6 Months (Performance Linked):
o Bonus equal to 10% of the hired employee’s monthly salary.
• At 12 Months (Performance Linked):
o Bonus equal to 20% of the hired employee’s monthly salary.
Note: The 10% and 20% performance-linked bonuses will be forfeited if the hired employee is
found to be consistently underperforming during the evaluation period (as determined by the
reporting manager and HR).
4. Payout Terms• #
Stage 1 (Joining Bonus) will be released along with the first payroll after the candidate
joins.
• Stage 2 (10% bonus) will be released after the candidate successfully completes 6
months, subject to performance validation.
• Stage 3 (20% bonus) will be released after the candidate successfully completes 12
months, subject to performance validation.
• All payouts will be processed along with the regular payroll cycle and are subject to
applicable tax deductions.
5. Referral Process #
1. Employees must share the candidate’s resume via email with HR before the candidate
applies directly.
2. HR will confirm whether the referral is valid (not already in our database in the last 6
months).
3. If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the first valid referral will be rewarded.
6. Candidate Qualifications & Conditions #
• The referred candidate must meet the required qualifications for the role.
• Candidates already assessed or applied in the past 6 months are not eligible.
• The referred candidate must clear all interviews, selection processes, and background
verification.
• Referral bonus applies only to full-time hires.
• If the referred employee leaves before completing 6 or 12 months, the corresponding
stage payout will not be released.
7. Program Management #
• Performance Review: The 6-month and 12-month bonuses will be subject to
performance reviews conducted by the reporting manager and validated by HR.
• Tracking & Feedback: HR will maintain records of all referrals and track program
effectiveness.
• Communication: Open positions and program updates will be shared via email,
intranet, or internal channels.
• Fairness: All referrals will be evaluated based on merit and company hiring standards.
8. Policy Updates #
AbhinavDCS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Employee Referral
Program at any time in line with business needs.
