Introduction #

This policy outlines the guidelines for organizing celebrations funded by voluntary employee contributions, ensuring minimal disruption to work processes and promoting a harmonious work environment.
Scope #
This policy applies to all employees of AbhinavDCS who wish to participate in organizing and contributing to celebrations such as Men’s Day, Women’s Day, all birthdays, and any other events requiring group contributions.
Policy Details #
1. Voluntary Participation #
- Non-Compulsory Involvement: Participation in any celebration, including monetary contributions and event involvement, is entirely voluntary. No employee shall be compelled or pressured to participate.
- Respect for Choices: Employees who choose not to participate will not face any discrimination or negative consequences.
2. Proposal of Celebrations #
- Event Suggestion: Any employee may propose a celebration by submitting a written suggestion to the Human Resources (HR) department.
- Initial Approval: HR will review the proposal to ensure it aligns with company values and policies before proceeding.
3. Formation of the Organizing Committee #
- Election of Committee Members:
- Nomination: Interested participants can nominate themselves or others to be part of the Organizing Committee.
- Voting Process: A confidential vote among the participants will determine the committee members.
- Committee Size:
- Proportional Representation: The committee should consist of one member for every five participants, with a minimum of three members and a maximum of seven.
- Diversity Encouraged: Efforts should be made to include members from different departments and levels within the organization to ensure diverse perspectives.
4. Responsibilities of the Organizing Committee #
